Trieste, one of the largest cities in the area, sits on the coast of Adriatic Sea, close to the Slovenian border. The city’s population of 204,000 boasts as one of the richest economical places in Italy due to its vast commercial and shipping business.
Trieste, inhabited since the second millennium BC, belonged at first to the Roman Republic. Once the Roman Empire siezed to exist, Trieste enjoyed its independence for a certain period of time, before becoming a part of the Habsburg Empire. It managed to resist numerous sieges and Ottoman attacks in the Middle Ages. The city collapsed during World War II, experienced a major economic recovery in later years and today its port is well developed. To its visitor, Trieste offers a pleasant mix of historic buildings and squares, an amazing seafront locations and interesting museums that make it a grea tourist attraction.

Upon arriving to the airport of your choice you will be met by your driver and driven to a hotel in Trieste. Depending which hotel you booked, we’ll pick you up in a share ride or a private transfer to your hotel:
